Period Residential Refurbishment

Amcrest were appointed as Main Contractor for the sympathetic alterations and improvements this Estate situated in the heart of the Berkshire countryside. Amcrest undertook an extensive programme of works spanning across two years. Whilst we cannot share every detail of our works, in summary, Amcrest undertook the complete refurbishment of the Orangery, including but not limited to, new roof structure complete with thermally enhanced roof lights and sustainable green roof system, internal fit out and bespoke internal and external joinery elements throughout, structural overhaul of the front elevation, extensions to various outbuildings, joinery throughout the main residence, together with extensive external works throughout the grounds.
